Role Summary

Bridge is looking for a Product Engineer (Intern or Full-Time) passionate about leveraging innovative AI-powered low-code/no-code platforms to develop user-focused applications and tools. You’ll have the opportunity to work directly with our CEO, COO, CTO, and Product Manager, contributing significantly to our mission of streamlining and simplifying commercial financing. The ideal candidate will combine engineering education, a deep interest in product development, and enthusiasm for leveraging the latest AI and low-code tools.

This role is perfect for someone looking to blend strategic thinking and hands-on application building, with ample opportunity to grow in data analysis and structuring.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently assess customer needs and business requirements to define product specifications, prioritize features, and shape overall product direction in collaboration with leadership.
• Utilize low-code/no-code platforms and cutting-edge AI tools to rapidly develop and deploy applications.
• Lead the design and execution of end-to-end product features, from scoping and user research through build and deployment, with autonomy over product decisions.
• Integrate applications with existing systems, databases, and third-party services.
• Test, debug, and continuously iterate on applications to ensure high quality and performance.
• Own product analytics and reporting dashboards, identify key insights from usage data, and propose strategic product enhancements based on findings.
• Provide technical documentation and user training to facilitate adoption and usage of developed solutions.
• Exercise independent judgment to evaluate technical and product trade-offs, balancing user experience, scalability, and timeline constraints.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education or training in product, engineering, computer science, or a related field.
• Familiarity and interest with low-code/no-code platforms such as Lovable, Cursor, OutSystems, Microsoft Power Apps, Mendix, Bubble, Webflow, Airtable, Retool, Zapier, etc.
• Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience or exposure to programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, SQL, HTML/CSS, or Java.
• Interest or experience in using AI tools to enhance product capabilities and user experiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Bonus: Experience or interest in data analysis, data structuring, and database management.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.

• This is a salaried position, and compensation meets or exceeds New York State’s exempt employee threshold. All candidates will be expected to fulfill exempt-level responsibilities, including exercising independent judgment on product and technical decisions.
