Bridge is hiring a hands-on Marketing Manager to own lifecycle marketing end-to-end and run multi-channel campaigns that drive qualified borrower submissions. If you’ve done strong work at an agency or somewhere similar and want real ownership, then this role moves you from “presenting decks” to shipping experiments weekly.

You’ll architect journeys (welcome → education → conversion → re-engagement), build the sales enablement toolkit (one-pagers, lender/program overviews, case studies, sequences), and coordinate campaigns across email/SMS, web, paid, webinars, and partner channels. You’ll work directly with the Head of Marketing, as well as Sales, Partnerships, and Product leaders to move fast and generate measurable outcomes.

This is an ideal role for an ambitious operator who wants to learn quickly and execute precisely in a fast-growing, well funded Fintech.

Location: NYC in office

Salary Range: $60,000 - $75,000 / year + bonus and equity

Key Responsibilities

Lifecycle Marketing & Content

  • Build and own lifecycle journeys (welcome, education, conversion, re-engagement) with content that educates, nurtures, and converts across email/SMS/in-app.
  • Create and test messaging, subject lines, creative, and CTAs to drive engagement; ensure campaigns stay fresh, relevant, and on-brand.
  • Maintain campaign health (deliverability, list hygiene, UTMs) and partner with the automation team to optimize workflows and scoring logic.
  • Develop dashboards and simple reporting that highlight how lifecycle content contributes to MQL → SQL → application → funded.

Partnership & Sales Enablement

  • Produce and maintain collateral that makes a difference: one-pagers, lender/program overviews, comparison sheets, objection handling, pitch decks, and case studies to drive sales, high profile partnerships and various business development efforts.
  • Partner with Sales on content, sequences, and follow-ups; ensure accuracy on terms, programs, and compliance.
  • Create short playbooks and video walkthroughs to drive adoption; collect feedback and iterate monthly.

Multi-Channel Campaigns

  • Plan and launch integrated campaigns across email/SMS, web, light paid, webinars, and co-marketing with partners; manage timelines and route approvals.
  • Operate in an agency-style way: strong briefs, crisp QA, on-time delivery, brand and compliance consistency.
  • Own attribution & reporting; present weekly learnings and next tests.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 2–5 years in marketing with hands-on ownership of lifecycle, multi-channel campaign execution.
  • Agency or in-house “agency model” experience strongly preferred (briefs → ship → measure).
  • Proficient with HubSpot (email, segments, workflows, scoring, dashboards); basic HTML email editing is a plus.
  • Strong writing and packaging skills, able to translate financing concepts for Owners, CEOs, CFOs, FP&A leaders, and CPAs.
  • Measurement fluency: UTMs, cohorts, sourced vs. influenced, A/B testing, and practical dashboarding.
  • Production chops (Canva/Figma and PPT skills) and comfort coordinating freelancers/vendors.
  • Organized, deadline-driven, and eager to learn by executing and delivering.
