Role Description The Fuel/Platform Operations Specialist role is the operational heartbeat of our daily and emergency fuel delivery network. This role serves as the first line of response for site-level customer support, vendor load coordination, emergency dispatch, and vendor-site issue resolution. Operating in a fast-paced environment, the Fuel/Platform Operations Specialist ensures that every delivery from a routine daily order to a critical emergency fuel request is executed by the vendor network with precision, urgency, and care. This is a role built for someone who thrives under pressure, takes initiative without being asked, and is energized by solving complex logistics problems in real time.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in logistics coordination, dispatch operations, fleet management, or a related operational field.
• Proficiency with operations or logistics software platforms; familiarity with AI-driven or SaaS tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to coordinate with vendors, partners, and cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple sites or accounts, prioritize tasks, and meet time-sensitive operational deadlines.
• Knowledge of fuel procurement, vendor management, and basic financial or cost-control principles is highly beneficial.
