Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

• Leading core technical team
• Managing and providing technical guidance / support to the project teams.
• Working as Solution Architect & Performance test lead
• Delivering & implementing projects as per scheduled milestones.
• Leading technical workshops for requirement gathering and finalizing technical/ functional specifications.
• Providing technical solutions to customer’s business problems.
• Customizing products as per the business requirements
• Involved in hardware sizing, capacity planning, deployment architecture reviews etc.
• Helping customers in setting up their infrastructure as per the product’s need.
• Preparing technical documents for various projects
• Leading performance testing & optimization
• Leading Application Penetration Testing and other AppSec testing
• Project execution and resource planning

Qualifications

• Total 12 - 14 years of experience in IT
• Should have expertise in Java, J2EE, Servlets, JSP, JDBC, Multi-Threading
• Should have expertise in Java Web Services (SOAP & RESTFUL) design, development & integrations
• Should have expertise in Framework like Spring , Spring Boot & Hibernate
• Should have experience in cloud based application and microservices
• Should have experience in Architecture design & Infrastructure set up
• Should have experience in Business Modelling, Architectural Mechanisms, Design Patterns, Performance tuning etc.
• Should have ability to see, suggest, model, and deliver viable technical solutions for real world business problems
• Should have capability to lead core technical team
• Should have experience in product development and customization of product
• Should have experience of client interaction
• Should have good communication skills
