Job Description

We are seeking a Commercial Operations Executive to join the Commercial Operations function, who provide back-office support for sales and renewal teams during the contract stages. Commercial Operations is a fundamental function within Experian, as it provides an essential connection between Experian Data Quality and UKI Commercial Management teams - ensuring our clients have a smooth and positive experience when buying and re-contracting with us.

As a Commercial Operations Executive you’ll be responsible for guiding our Sales and Customer Success teams through the contracting process, be able to explain contractual clauses to clients confidently and be the first point of contact for commercial queries. This includes contract amendments/queries and regularly liaising with UKI Commercial Management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a bridge between Experian Data Quality teams and UKI Commercial Management.
  • Engage regularly with UKI Commercial Management team for final review or escalation, and to review existing contract templates on a regular basis using internal and external feedback and revising if applicable.
  • Supports the sales and customer success teams with variation agreements and novating - revising if applicable.
  • Support a company integration by reviewing new business contracts and working closely with the customer success teams to transition customers onto Experian paperwork.
  • Be the first point of contact for all policy queries.
  • Approve all ‘Offline pricing’ in accordance with the pricing governance matrix and reaching out to respective approvers where necessary.

Qualifications

  • Administration experience with strong skills in Mirosoft Excel and Word.
  • Exellent stakeholder management skills, with experience of managing and liaising with internal and external customers.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities.
