Role Summary

Atención de Ciudadanos – Servicio al Ciudadano. Manejo de solicitudes. Comunicaciones escritas. Servicio al cliente Presencial. Backoffice.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • Servicio al Cliente Capacidad de Negociación y habilidad de comunicación. Orientación al cliente. Manejo de peticiones, quejas y reclamos. Servicio al cliente y ventas cruzada.

Key Responsibilities

  • Atención y servicio al ciudadano presencial.
  • Gestión de solicitudes quejas y reclamos
  • Radicación de comunicaciones escritas – Requerimientos.
  • Soporte y entrega de información al ciudadano – Historia de crédito.
  • Respuestas de solicitudes a través de correo electrónico.
  • Atención de requerimientos en Back office.
  • Promover productos al ciudadano - crosseling (venta cruzada)

Qualifications

Qualifications

Educación: Estudiantes de carreras administrativas o afines – Técnico o Tecnólogo.

Experiencia: Mínimo un año em servicio al cliente u operaciones y servicio.

Conocimientos técnicos requeridos: Manejo de herramientas ofimáticas – servicio al cliente – ventas – Soporte.

    Atención y respuesta integral de reclamos, derechos de petición y comunicaciones escritas, realizar las acciones requeridas en los sistemas de información asegurando un control de calidad efectivo con la finalidad de brindar una respuesta oportuna y de fondo al Titular dando cumplimiento a la ley y al SLA establecido.
