Job Description

The Expert Analyst role will be an important partner to help one of our teams achieve its goals. You will work with us as we aspire to continue our double-digit revenue growth. This requires collaboration with sales leadership and sales operations to identify new opportunities and working across local, regional, and global finance on sustainable processes and using new systems aligned with the Digital Finance strategy.

You will report to an FP&A Supervisor.

  • Enhance existing commission processes to lead further automation.
  • End to End commissions management (Accruals, Revenue reconciliation, Goal Tracking, commission calculations, commission statements, payroll file).
  • Establish standardized quota timelines and client transfer processes to eliminate commission plan reissue.
  • Help with sales rep onboarding processes.
  • Promote transparency into sales performance through sales stack ranking analysis and improved sales opportunity analysis.
  • Promote streamlined compensation plan distribution process (Commission calculation, statement creation and sales Team distribution).
  • Lead the annual goal setting process in partnership with sales and finance leadership.
  • Guide integration between sales forecast, budget, and quota processes to reduce error and accelerate quota distribution.
  • Lead commission forecast process and support month end.
  • Provide consolidated financial analysis and information to Sales and Finance leadership, along with executive summaries, recommendations, and conclusions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience.
  • Master's in business administration, Certified Public Accountant, or Certified Management accountant as an ideal.
  • Advanced English level.
  • 6+ years progressive experience in commercial finance or team FP&A or similar business partnering role.
  • Experience working in an offshore shared service center.
  • Experience working on commission process and partnership with sales teams.
  • Knowledge of financial analysis techniques.
  • Produce clear, relevant business solutions to finance and operational leaders.
  • Constructively challenge ideas and make decisions.
