Job Description

Role Summary

You will support Experian Hyderabad which is one of the fastest growing teams in the region. The Senior HR Business Partner is accountable for successful implementation of the people strategy and delivery of people programs at Experian Hyderabad. Success at Experian is about personal fit with the culture and the behaviors that we value as an organization.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • Possess in-depth understanding of HR concepts, processes, methodologies and legislation
  • Demonstrated examples of being an advisor to Business on all HR matters and being an expert
  • Demonstrated examples of implementing major people transformational programs (from design to implementation) in a multicultural/multi-country context
  • Demonstrate outstanding teamwork, developing colleagues, caring about our reputation and priorities, and always assuming positive intent
  • Work with team members to identify and recommend opportunities for innovation, operational efficiencies and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be a trusted partner to business to support Experian Hyderabad’s people agenda including operational decision-making
  • Support the business in identifying people challenges, enhancing employee engagement and retention, talent development and extend solutions and delivery of the right outcomes
  • Provide the business with expertise in HR, translating the needs and plans into organization/people solutions
  • Plan and implement people programs within the Experian Hyderabad and project manage high-value adding people solutions

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • MBA/Diploma in HR
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in HR Business Partnering role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
