Job Description
You will work within the Change Management Team to ensure compliance and governance of the process across UK&I.
What you will be doing:
- Reviewing and approving new change requests
- Reviewing and approving the creation of Standard Change requests
- Monitoring new change requests to ensure items are being actioned
- Attending Daily Service Review (DSR)
- Chairing Change Advisory Board (CAB)
- Chairing Emergency Change Advisory Board (ECAB)
- Participating in PIR meeting to complete failed change review (FCR) for P1 / Sev C
- Monitoring the Change Management Teams portal
- Identifying, escalating, and managing risks and issues
- Coordinating with other specialists both in the UK and globally, assisting in the evaluation of user/client readiness
- Contributing to reducing the number of unsuccessful changes
- Contributing, coordinating, and delivering training materials
- Identifying and building stakeholder relationships within Experian
- Ensuring adherence to the change process and highlight, escalating non-adherence
- Running/Participating in failed change reviews
- Ensuring recommendations from changes that have caused a Sev C, P1 or P2 incidents have been logged with Problem Management
- Identifying, driving and owning process improvements in ways of working
- Identifying workflow improvement and enhancements to ServiceNow
Qualifications
What you will bring:
- 4+ years of experience on a similar role
- Understanding of ITIL V3&4 Process and Best Practices
- Minimum ITIL V3/4 Foundation
- Excellent communication skills
- Working knowledge ServiceNow or equivalent ticketing system
- Excellent people and mentoring skills
- Ability to work both autonomously as well as within a team
- Understanding of Agile and DevOps working
- Working knowledge of collaboration tools
- Understanding of Microsoft products
- Analytical skills; Structured and methodical approach
