Job Description

As the Talent Acquisition Partner for the DACH market (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), you will work with the business and HR team to deliver recruitment for the market. Reporting into the Head of Talent Acquisition, EMEA & APAC, you will deliver the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience throughout. In addition to operational recruitment delivery, you will lead strategic initatives to further develop our effectiveness in the market, in partnership with the regional Talent Acquisition team.

You'll have the opportunity to:

  • Develop a successful recruiting strategy for the DACH Market
  • Deliver full life cycle recruitment (requisition approval management, job ad creation, direct sourcing, screening, interviewing, offering and onboarding)
  • Conduct targeted market mapping and talent pipelining for critical job families
  • Manage regular reporting on TA performance and important success measures
  • Be a trusted advisor to the business sharing market insights, industry trends and labour market conditions to aid informed decisions and guide best practice
  • Lead employer brand activities in the market (LinkedIn, Social Media, Glassdoor) which aim to attract top talent and position Experian as a great place to work
  • Ensure a "wow" candidate and hiring manager experience at all lifecycle points, capturing feedback and survey data to identify improvement opportunities
  • Manage the candidate process within our Applicant Tracking System, SmartRecruiters, utilising the tools available and optimising functionality where applicable

Qualifications

What you will bring:

  • 5+ years experience in a full lifecycle Talent Acquisition role
  • Excellent business partnership and candidate management
  • Fluency in English and German will be critical for this role
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing candidates to the interview and hiring process
  • Experience with an Applicant Tracking System like SmartRecruiters, Workday or iCIMS
  • Customer-centric mindset to candidate and Hiring Manager experience
  • Solutions motivated approach to solving challenges
