Job Description

What you will do:

  • Implement diverse delivery and technical project tasks including client onboarding, software upgrades, solutions implementation in both delivery and in support product lifecycle phases;
  • Identify and escalate issues to management and colleagues from different teams -Network , Infrastructure, NOC, DBA, Development, and Risk management;
  • Architect changes into PROD/UAT environments related to bug fixes or upgrade/migrations projects
  • Maintain documentation of multiple activities that are performed by the Delivery team including migrations, alert and monitoring design
  • Provide advanced support and consultancy for Experian Clients, Experian Regional Development teams and Global departments
  • Communicate with all important partners on the status and progress of the investigation with clear actions and timescales
  • Identify priority of the outages based on client feedback and by troubleshooting and analysis of error logs

You will report into the Application Support Team Manager.

Qualifications

What you will bring:

  • 3+ years of experience in the field of client support;
  • Proficiency in writing reports and presenting technical work;
  • Working knowledge of SQL; (Oracle);
  • Working knowledge RHEL – style operating systems;
  • Working knowledge of Linux servers;
  • Knowledge of automation tools Ansible/Bash;
  • Working knowledge of HTTPS and TLS;
  • Knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS) Cloud platform;
  • Fluency in English both written and verbal.

It will be considered an advantage if you have:

  • Experience with ServiceNow change management and Jira incidents/tasks;
  • Understanding of ITIL terminology and the ability to work in an ITIL-focused environment;
  • Working knowledge of networking (TCP/IP stack, OSI model, load balancing, NAT);
  • Experience with JSON or XML.
