Job Description

The Commercial Assurance Team performs an important role in the success of the commercial model, taking responsibility for ensuring all contractual agreements are translated into billing schedules, thereby ensuring accurate billing across the UK&I business.

What you'll do?

• Create billing invoicing that is in consideration of the terms of client contracts, system capabilities, revenue recognition rules and any other applicable dependencies.
• Ensure accurate being information is provided to Service & Billing for update of the billing system
• Ensuring Commercial Assurance Team Database is kept up to date with contract changes, new client agreements and expired accounts through standardized process.
• Actively participate in the improvement of Commercial Assurance Team Database.
• Monitor client product usage against the terms of their contractual agreements and facilitate any appropriate billing changes.
• Provide detailed and accurate regular and ad-hoc reporting following management needs.
• Support team in developing internal processes and governance with focus on standardization.
• Complete daily actives and ad-hoc tasks assigned required for the successful team performance and completion of team plan.

Qualifications

What you'll bring?

• Experience investigating and interpreting deviations from expected financial outcomes;
• Fluency in English;
• Excellent Microsoft excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets) and Microsoft Access skills;
• Excellent numerical skills;
• Process improvement oriented.
