Job Description

We are looking for a pricing lead to increase our business's competitiveness and profitability; assess client proposal to create profitable proposals and supporting wider transformation projects to improve the selling and back office operational practices to allow accelerated future growth.

Reporting into Head of Pricing, you will collaborate with teams across Product and Solutions, Sales, Billing, Finance, IT & Business Operations, Contracting and Commercial and present findings with recommendations to Pricing Managers.

You are probably wondering what exactly you'll do:

• Work with key stakeholders to build client specific proposals and P&L's including presenting options to sales, client management and product leaders;
• Provide analytical support in the creation of client proposals and benchmarking;
• Track customer performance (volumes, waterfalls, billing) on an ad hoc basis to aid the development of pricing strategies for complex clients;
• Review discounting requests through automated systems for client submissions;
• Identify gaps in process for ongoing improvement across the pricing organization.

Qualifications

What you'll bring:

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role analyzing and presenting complex pricing to relevant stakeholders at management level;
• Written and verbal English;
• Experience of pricing data and software products within a B2B environment desirable;
• Excel skills (can perform complex functions);
• Commitment to deliver results in a project-based environment
• Understand main business, financial, commercial drivers;
• Experience to work with teams outside Pricing.
