Descripción general del área: Generar estrategias comerciales y un conjunto de soluciones que cumplan con las necesidades de los clientes de los segmentos Financieros, Sector Real, Pymes, Telcos, seguros y personas naturales en todo el ciclo de vida del negocio, Data, Analytics, Tecnología y Expertice. Propósito del cargo: Responsable por el manejo del proceso de negociaciones, automatización y optimización de los procesos operativos comerciales y del equipo de excelencia operacional.

• Responsabilidades del cargo: 1. Realizar el análisis y construcción de los escenarios solicitados por el equipo comercial garantizando que cumpla con los lineamientos internos establecidos por la compañía. 2. Identificar, proponer y desarrollar automatizaciones que permita mejorar y optimizar los procesos de apoyo comercial. 3. Actualizar y presentar los KPIs del tiempo del flujo de negociaciones con el fin de identificar los puntos de mejora para agilizar el proceso. 4. Participar en proyectos que impacten la fuerza comercial y la operación. 5. Apoyar contingencia del equipo que soporta los procesos operativos de la fuerza comercial.
• ¿ Que estamos buscando? Educación: Profesional en Ingeniería Industrial y carreras administrativas. Experiencia: Capacidad de análisis alta, conocimiento en gestión de proyectos y metodologías ágiles de mejora de procesos, conocimiento en creación de reportes e indicadores.
