Job Description

Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and experienced Scrum Master to join our team and help us achieve our goals through effective Agile practices. In this role, you will work as part of a Global Cloud Technology organization to manage and improve our development and service delivery processes.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

• Ensure the team follows Agile principles and practices.

• Remove impediments and blockers to ensure smooth project progress.

• Collaborate with product owners to manage the product backlog and prioritize work.

• Coach and mentor team members on Agile methodologies and best practices.

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.

• Track and report on project metrics and team performance.

• Promote a collaborative and self-organizing team environment.

• Develop and maintain project plans and schedules.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and delivery.

• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet objectives.

• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.

• Ensure project documentation is complete and up-to-date.

• Implement and manage Kanban boards to visualize work and optimize flow.

• Facilitate Kanban meetings, including daily stand-ups.

• Identify and address bottlenecks to improve efficiency.

• Educate team members on Kanban principles and practices.

• Track and analyze flow metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role.

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).

• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.

• Experience in project management, including planning, execution, and monitoring.

• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana).

• Ability to manage project budgets and timelines.

• Knowledge of Kanban metrics and how to use them to drive improvements.

Additional Information

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in software development or IT project management.

• Advanced Scrum certifications (e.g., Advanced Certified ScrumMaster, Certified Scrum Professional).

• Knowledge of other Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS).

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.

• Experience with Lean principles and practices.
