Job Description
What you will do:
You will report into the Service Operations Manager.
- Support applications which have been live in production.
- Manage both technical and functional defects, problems and changes.
- Work on hosted and on-prem solutions.
- Investigate solutions to client queries and be part of a team that builds, implements and support new client systems.
- Provide support guidance and mentor Technical Analysts.
- Work with clients on carrying out technical elements: technical implementation, enhancement, automation, resiliency, issues, and changes for Experian solutions.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience on technical support roles.
- Fluent English.
- Knowledge of Java, Groovy, PowerShell programming languages.
- Expertise in SQL and ability to write codes in PL/SQL.
- Ability to work with the clients (IT and business teams) and to understand the requirements from a business perspective and develop solutions for them.
- Knowledge of Webservices and App Servers (Apache Tomcat, WebSphere) is must.
- Knowledge of Windows and Linux Environment.
- Understanding of JSON, XML, WSDL.
- Readiness to mentor less experienced members of the team to ensure constant knowledge growth of the team.
