Job Description
What you’ll need to bring to the party
- A passion for driving business growth through partnerships and affiliate engagement.
- Expertise in all B2B, B2C and B2B2C strategies, with a proven ability to grow and optimize direct-to-consumer and Business to Business offerings.
- Strong independent planning and execution skills, ensuring delivery against strict deadlines for campaigns and product launches.
- The ability to be independent and plan effectively to deliver to strict deadlines on campaigns or product launch
- Excellent relationship-building abilities with stakeholders, partners, and colleagues.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English and Malay, with strong attention to detail for business presentations.
- Creativity and resourcefulness in identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to grow partnerships and product placements.
- A collaborative approach to operationalizing team enablement and executing go-to-market strategies.
- To assist in marketing, concept development, sales presentation, analyzing market trends and implementing new projects. Continue to develop new solutions and products to cater to the needs of the target market.
What You'll Do:
- Actively source, identify, and engage relevant partners for both B2B and B2C markets, ensuring alignment with the company's objectives.
- Drive strategic engagement to grow relationships with existing partners and affiliates, ensuring long-term collaboration and mutual value.
- Prospect and explore opportunities with potential partners or affiliates to expand the partnership ecosystem.
Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) Strategy:
- Lead the development and execution of a streamlined product strategy for the D2C segment, targeting measurable growth within 12 months.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design a >12-month roadmap, driving sustained growth and innovation in the D2C space.
- Improve and optimize processes for the consumer platform, ensuring operational excellence and enhanced user experience.
Business Growth & Marketing:
- Deliver YoY revenue growth in the Consumer Direct segment through direct marketing campaigns and strategic B2B/B2B2C partnerships.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, operational, regional, and global teams to plan and execute campaigns, events, and roadshows as needed.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to innovate and launch new solutions or products tailored to target markets.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and drive product improvements that enhance the consumer experience and align with market needs.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and affiliates to ensure effective communication and alignment on goals.
- Present the company's products and value propositions to partners, ensuring a positive brand experience.
- Support the negotiation, contracting, and onboarding process for new partners or affiliates.
Operational Excellence:
- Develop and implement engagement methodologies, planning tools, and measurement frameworks to track success.
- Support administrative and reporting duties related to partnership and affiliate management.
- Share insights and recommendations to enhance product placement, marketing campaigns, and consumer engagement strategies.
Qualifications
More About You:
- Bachelor's degree in business/ Management or equivalent.
- At least 7years+ in leading and hosting a product with successful track record through partnership, sales, business development, or equivalent role.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate with diverse audiences, from technical experts to CXO-level executives.
- Experience in successful pre-sales engagements with major customers, especially in financial industries
