Why this role is important to us
As an Executive Assistant & Engagement Lead, you will not only provide top-notch organizational and administrative support but also be the resource behind our engagement activities. Your role is important to ensuring the Managing Director of ECS and the ECS Leadership team are empowered to perform at their best, while you promote a vibrant and inclusive culture within our organisation.
This is a hybrid role based in our Nottingham or London office reporting into our ECS Managing Director.
Work that matters - What you’ll be doing
- Complex Diary Management: Master the art of managing complex diaries for SLT members and the team.
- Report and Presentation Preparation: Prepare high-quality reports and presentations for meetings, business reporting requirements, and board reports.
- GenAI Tooling: Use GenAI tooling to capture meeting notes, important decisions, and follow up on actions.
- Event Organisation: Be the heartbeat of our team by organising team workshops, ‘All Hands’ events, and other engaging activities. Your inputs and suggestions will ensure these events are not only successful but also memorable.
- Engagement Activities: Take the lead on our Great Place to Work agenda and associated engagement activities. Organise team-building events, cultural projects, and employee recognition programmes to foster a positive and inclusive work environment. Your creativity and passion will help build a cohesive culture within ECS. Activities include:

- Expense Processing: Process monthly expenses for managers, purchase order invoices, payments, and receipts.

What you’ll need to bring to the role & Experian
- Can-Do Proactive Attitude: to every task and challenge. Anticipate the requirements of the ECS MD and team, and improve processes to ensure efficient operations.
- Team Player: Collaborate with colleagues and partners across ECS and the region. Foster a cooperative and supportive work environment, contributing to team success., deploying the ECS operating rhythm
- Engagement Expertise: Lead the charge in promoting engagement within ECS. Support written communications, coordinate events, and promote our Great Place to Work agenda with enthusiasm and creativity.
- Discretion and Confidentiality: operating the utmost integrity. Maintaining strict confidentiality in all communications and interactions.
