Job Description

We're looking for a data-driven professional to help shape the future of HR compliance and outsourcing. If you thrive in dynamic environments, embrace change, and enjoy solving problems collaboratively, we'd love to hear from you. You will report to our Salesforce Platform Manager.

You will be one of the most critical on our Sales Enablement/Operations team. It is centered on leadership through influence, guidance, and collaboration rather than formal personnel management.

Your primary responsibilities will be data quality and compliance initiatives around the CRM system salesforce.

You'll be a key contributor, influencing outcomes through collaboration and data excellence. Your focus will be on maintaining CRM data integrity (Salesforce), supporting compliance, and driving continuous improvement.

What You'll Do:

• Analyze client agreements for billing and service terms
• Ensure data quality across departments
• Manage credentialing and audit sales opportunities
• Follow global data standards and SLAs
• Support internal projects and propose data solutions
• Cleanse, deduplicate, and validate data
• Resolve data issues and document best practices
• Analytical mindset
• Experience with inclusive teamwork and data integrity

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in data quality, with a track record of aligning efforts to business goals and operational needs
• Strong attention to detail and understanding of master data functionality
• Comfortable with data entry and working with large datasets daily
• Open to learning tools like Salesforce (SFDC) and other project-related platforms
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt quickly, and respond to shifting business needs
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and CRM systems like SFDC
