Job Description
The Account Executive will sell verification solutions to our mortgage clients. You will focus on securing new business for Experian by following up on appointments set by our Business Development Resources and also doing your own outbound prospecting. Your role is to increase Experian verifications revenue by managing, and closing opportunities with prospects in the housing industry that originate and service mortgage and home equity loans. You will consult with client decision makers to understand their current employment and income verification routines, comprehend needs, and present solutions to secure new verification logos.
- Develop market plan to optimize client engagement, expand opportunity pipeline and secure new business to support the Housing channel's revenue objective.
- Work with large volume of potential clients and manage strategy to maximize time.
- Partner with Marketing, Business Development Resources, Product and other team members to grow our verification revenue.
- Identify product-cross sell and up-sell opportunities.
- Provide customer intelligence to sales and marketing functions to position our offerings.
- Partner with Client Support Specialist to onboard and credential clients to ensure positive client experience.
- Communicate client account maintenance needs and requests to team members.
- Maintain contact with product and service users to enhance client relationships.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of successful sales experience prospecting for new business and expanding existing relationships and revenue opportunities.
- Background in financial services and mortgage industry sales.
- Experience developing new business through remote outreach and cold calling.
- Experience implementing sales strategies focusing on securing new logos.
- Knowledge of consumer credit reporting marketplace
- Willingness to volunteer for activities as a member of a teamed account selling approach
- Experience operating within a teamed selling approach

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay range for this position is listed above. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related experience, and education. You will be also eligible for a variable pay opportunity.
