Experian Direct to Consumer Line of Business is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join our Software Delivery Organization. This role supports the delivery of scalable, high-quality engineering solutions. Our team drives complex business problems, leveraging both company-wide platform solutions as well as designing them from the ground-up. Delivery is a key part of the customer experience when shopping on Experian. We build global technology solutions, going beyond localization to customize programs to the logistics and e-commerce standards in each country where we operate. Not only must our software scale, but it must adapt to regions.

Key Responsibilities: Technical Program Management

  • Drive small to mid-sized technical programs focused on improving software delivery, automation, and engineering efficiency.
  • Develop and manage lightweight program plans, track milestones, identify risks, and ensure timely execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, DevOps, and Product to align on goals and deliverables.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies and promote continuous improvement across delivery teams.
  • You will demonstrate experience leading small to medium projects and will have a well-rounded technical background in current web technologies and latest tech stack.
  • Work with Tech/Product/PMO/UX to define strategy and requirements, identifying and securing commitment from teams across the company for new initiatives, driving consensus on the technical approach, setting timelines, and leading cross-functional development teams from design through delivery.
  • Partner with engineering teams to translate strategic delivery goals into actionable technical solutions.
  • Advocate for best practices in software delivery and drive adoption of reusable, scalable solutions across the organization.
  • Maintain and prioritize product backlogs, write user stories, and define clear acceptance criteria.

Preferred Skills:

  • Exposure to tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Selenium, JMeter, or similar.
  • Basic understanding of APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms.
  • Experience or interest in CI/CD, test automation, AI is a plus.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in technical program management, product ownership, or software engineering.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Asana, Figma).
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and delivery pipelines.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
