Job Description

The Commercial Assurance Team performs an important role in the success of the commercial model, taking responsibility for ensuring all contractual agreements are translated into billing schedules, thereby ensuring accurate billing across the UK&I business. You will report to the Senior Commercial Assurance Analyst.

What you'll do?

• Create billing and invoicing aligned with client contracts, system capabilities, and revenue recognition rules.
• Ensure accurate billing data is shared with the Service & Billing team for system updates.
• Help improve the RPI Management Portal, focusing on data quality and usability.
• Monitor client usage and adjust billing based on contractual terms.
• Update invoicing schedules following contract changes.
• Provide accurate regular and ad-hoc reporting for management.
• Support process standardization and review billing practices for accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with teams to resolve billing issues and support recovery of under-billed revenue.
• Maintain process documentation and support Commercial Assurance analysts.
• Perform mid-to-high complexity revenue assurance tasks (e.g., RPI, Min Fee, AO).
• Help with dispute resolution and support onboarding of new team members.
• Promote a customer-first culture and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

What you'll bring?

• 3+ years of experience in billing, revenue assurance, finance operations, or a related field.
• Excellent numerical skills.
• Good data maintenance skills.
• Preferably low complexity project management certifications (e.g., Plus Light, Kaizen)
• Fluency in English
