Job Description

We’re looking for a Senior Agile Coach to help accelerate our agile journey across cross-functional technology teams. You’ll lead agile enablement, coach teams and leaders, and embed agile ways of working into our software development lifecycle.

Work that matters - What you’ll be doing

  • Coach and empower teams: Guide engineering teams, tech leads, and architects in agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS) and technical practices like CI/CD, DevOps, and TDD.
  • Lead agile transformation: Partner with teams and leaders to align agile practices with strategic goals, foster a growth mindset, and build a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Enable delivery excellence: Support sprint planning, backlog creation, prioritisation, and agile ceremonies. Help teams lock in user stories for upcoming sprints.
  • Build agile capability: Create training programs, communities of practice, and agile playbooks. Conduct maturity assessments and develop improvement roadmaps.
  • Measure what matters: Build JIRA dashboards and BI reports to track cycle time, deployment frequency, sprint variability, and velocity trends.

Qualifications

More about you

  • 8+ years in agile environments, including 5+ years coaching global tech teams.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
  • Deep understanding of software engineering and agile delivery models.
  • Experience with SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and agile tooling (Jira, Confluence).
  • Certifications like SAFe SPC, ICAgile, or equivalent.

Bonus points for:

  • Background in software development or systems engineering.
  • Experience in large-scale agile transformations.
  • Additional certifications (PMI-ACP, CSP, DevOps).
  • Comfort working across time zones and cultures.
