Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Performance Analytics Developer to design, develop, and maintain Performance Analytics solutions within the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in creating dashboards, KPIs, and reports to support data-driven decision-making across IT and business functions.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and implement Performance Analytics solutions in ServiceNow.
- Develop meaningful KPIs, scorecards, and dashboards tailored to business needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across analytics modules.
- Optimize platform performance using best practices in scripting and asynchronous processing.
- Maintain and enhance existing analytics configurations and visualizations.
- Provide training and documentation for end-users and administrators.
- Troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis (RCA) for analytics-related problems.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and Reporting.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and modules (ITSM, CMDB, etc.).
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting.
- Experience with data visualization and analytics principles.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, PA Micro-Certification) are a plus.
Preferred Experience:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and frameworks.
