Job Description
As part of the ECS Product team, you'll help build consumer-centric products and experiences that support ONE Experian. You'll lead cross-functional initiatives across web and mobile platforms, with experience managing multiple simultaneous projects in a regulated environment.
We're seeking someone with a blend of product management and business systems analysis skills—comfortable with technical details and passionate about delivering intuitive consumer experiences.
As Senior Product Manager, you will:
- Lead the full product lifecycle for consumer-facing web and mobile apps—from concept to launch and ongoing optimization.
- Define scope, write specifications, prioritize features, and oversee development and testing.
- Translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria for D2C and CRM applications.
- Document functional and non-functional requirements, analyze system capabilities, and identify improvement opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with FCRA and other regulations, especially for disputes, fraud alerts, and credit workflows.
- Create workflow diagrams and specifications to guide development and align with business goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to reconcile inputs and drive consensus.
- Partner with UX and Design teams to deliver wireframes, prototypes, and style guides that meet product requirements.
- Facilitate alignment across teams through presentations and documentation.
- Validate product quality and ensure features meet requirements.
- Coordinate with Technology teams on implementation and integration across platforms.
- Work with Project Managers and Scrum Masters to ensure delivery.
- Analyze current practices and recommend enhancements to systems and user experiences.
- Prepare technical reports summarizing trends, insights, and recommendations.
You'll report to the Director of Product Management and work closely with cross-functional teams to evolve our consumer applications.
Qualifications
- 5–7+ years of experience in Product Management and Business Systems Analysis.
- Experience being an Agile Product Owner in a regulated environment.
- 5+ years of experience with API specifications, data mapping, and integration workflows.
- Experience in Financial Services or Credit industry preferred.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Agile PO certification a plus.
- Expertise in launching consumer-facing products across web and mobile platforms.
- Experience delivering compliant, frictionless, and consumer-friendly solutions.
