Job Description
The Head Innovation will play an important role for Experian's market positioning and driving long-term growth through strategic planning and solutions. You will analyze market trends, implementing a 5-year strategic roadmap, and ensuring that Experian's offerings remain aligned with client needs. By applying insights from projects, the position will create compelling value propositions that strengthen Experian's portfolio and support business development. You will be a bridge between strategy, innovation, and execution, to ensure that initiated products are bundled with consultancy-driven enhancements to maximize impact and enhance Experian's market presence. You will report to the General Manager in Turkey.
Main Responsibilities
Strategic Planning
- Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, competitive landscape, and latest technologies to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with the General Manager and Sales leadership to design a 5-year strategic roadmap aligned with our goals.
- Translate priorities into applicable plans and oversee their execution to bring measurable growth.
- Monitor progress against strategic goals and adjust plans based on market changes and performance metrics.
Value Proposition Development
- Use insights from projects and consultancy engagements to design client-centric propositions.
- Work with product, sales, and marketing teams to integrate consultancy-driven enhancements into Experian's solutions.
- Develop bundled offerings that combine products with consultancy services to maximize value for clients and differentiate Experian in the market.
- Support client presentations and proposals by promoting compelling value propositions.
Collaboration & Leadership
- Act as an important liaison between our teams and external partners to ensure seamless integration of insights and solutions.
- Provide experience on innovation and strategic growth projects across the organization.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team and broader business.
Qualifications
- Experience with strategic planning and new ideas management.
- Experience discerning whether a prospect is a good fit for a product based on discovery conversations
- Translate market insights into relevant strategies and propositions.
- Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects.
