Job Description

What you will do:

  • Develop, monitor, update, communicate, and implement plans for business unit projects.
  • Execute project management processes, including scope definition, scheduling, resource and material planning, risk management, cost and budget control, and quality assurance.
  • Act as a liaison between clients, technical teams, and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Manage Tier 2 and Tier 3 projects and related tasks end-to-end, with allocation based on experience and complexity.
  • Follow established governance frameworks, best practices, and industry standards.
  • Monitor and report project progress, preparing presentations for senior management.
  • Keep project documentation and tools updated throughout the lifecycle, including input for portfolio reviews and maintaining project data in relevant systems.
  • Manage project closure activities and capture lessons learned for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

What you will bring:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Project Support Officer, Project Coordinator, or entry-level Project Manager role.
  • Basic knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Familiarity with computer systems, processes, and common desktop applications.
  • Understanding of business operations and products.
  • Awareness of relevant legislation and regulations impacting the industry.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
