Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented AI Ops Engineer to support and enhance our automation ecosystem. The ideal candidate will play a key role in monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting RPA workflows, APIs, telemetry systems, databases, and cloud operations. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams under Agile & Kanban frameworks.
This is a highly hands-on role best suited for someone who loves technology, analytical problem-solving, and continuous learning.
What you'll need to bring to the role & Experian
- A Bachelor's degree (or final-year student) in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience on support and troubleshoot automation workflows (Automation Anywhere / Python).
- Monitor and analyze Telemetry logs, performance dashboards, and error alerts.
- Basic understanding of machine learning and generative AI concepts, and data science principles.
- Work with APIs and MCP (Model Control/Management Platforms) for deployment, configuration, testing, and support.
- Perform L1/L2 operational support, including root-cause analysis and escalation management.
- Maintain and query Databases (SQL / NoSQL) for logs, performance insights, and investigation.
- Support deployment, testing, and monitoring across cloud servers (AWS / Azure / GCP).
- Maintain and organize work progress using Kanban boards and Agile methodology.
- Document operational processes, FAQs, and troubleshooting playbooks.
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure is a plus.
- Some knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices is beneficial but not required (ex: Jenkins and Docker).
Work that matters - What you'll be doing
- Ensure our automation systems operate seamlessly, helping hundreds of workflows run with minimal manual effort and maximum efficiency.
- Be the first line of intelligence in detecting and preventing failures, reducing downtime and safeguarding business continuity.
- Translate telemetry insights into meaningful action, turning logs and metrics into stability, performance improvements, and smarter automation.
- Support and optimize RPA workloads that eliminate repetitive work — helping teams focus on high-value business tasks instead of manual operations.
- Work closely with developers, business teams, and cloud engineers to keep our AI/automation ecosystem scalable, secure, and predictable.
- Help build operational playbooks and guidelines, ensuring fast knowledge transfer and self-serve troubleshooting for the team.
- Strengthen data accuracy and accountability by ensuring error logs, databases, and API events are tracked and acted on proactively.
More about you
- A problem-solver with strong analytical thinking.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Able to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical teams.
- Curious, self-driven, and open to experimenting with new technologies.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Teamwork, working closely with the business, analysts, developers, and stakeholders.
- Attention to detail.
- Critical and creative thinking would be highly beneficial for this role.
