Job Description

We are looking for an execution-focused Digital Analyst to bring analytics strategy and adoption tracking for the Developer Experience (DevX) stream within our Modular Platform initiative. You will use advanced analytics software, including Adobe/Google Analytics, to identify program success or gaps. You will also use business intelligence/data visualization tools, such as Power BI, to produce relevant insights and propose strategies based on data.

Reporting into Software Development Lead you will demonstrate expertise in digital analytics, hands-on data manipulation, reporting dashboards and the ability to transform data into clear recommendations. You will collaborate with all modular platform product management teams, promoting a culture of partnership and continuous improvement. Familiarity with GenAI for data processing and enrichment.

What you'll do:

  • Lead the analytics strategy for Developer Experience across all modular platforms, ensuring agreement on enterprise goals and developer productivity metrics.
  • Design and implement scalable tracking frameworks using Adobe Analytics and other tools to monitor user behavior and adoption patterns.
  • Develop dashboards using Power BI and other visualization tools to provide real-time insights into platform usage, adoption velocity, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with product management teams to define KPIs, prioritize analytics needs, and embed data-driven decision-making into product development cycles.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover friction points and recommend applicable improvements to enhance usability and adoption.
  • Establish feedback loops between analytics insights and platform enhancements, ensuring optimization of developer workflows and modular component usage.
  • Translate complex data into compelling narratives for executive stakeholders, product teams, and engineering leadership, allowing strategic planning and investment decisions.

Qualifications

What you'll bring:

  • Previous experience in digital analytics, driving insights and strategy across enterprise platforms.
  • Expert-level proficiency in analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, and Mixpanel, with hands-on experience configuring, tagging, and interpreting complex data sets.
  • Advanced skills in business intelligence and data visualization tools including Power BI, Tableau, and Looker.
  • Data manipulation capabilities, including experience with SQL, Python, or other data querying and transformation tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal English.
  • Analyze adoption metrics, including user engagement, conversion funnels, and retention trends.
  • Experience collaborating with product management teams.
  • Experience with digital product adoption frameworks, change management principles, and developer experience metrics.
  • Translate complex data into applicable insights for different audiences.
