Job Description

Experian's Enterprise Software Solutions (ESS) business is accelerating the adoption of AI-native products that transform Credit, Fraud, and Identity Operations. Our mission is to empower organizations with intelligent solutions that improve analyst productivity, decision quality, auditability, compliance, and customer experience through scalable AI-powered workflows and decision support capabilities.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle for AI-powered Credit and Fraud Operations products, leading product discovery, strategy, roadmap prioritization, and delivery execution. You will work closely with global Engineering, Applied AI/ML, Design, and business stakeholders to build innovative AI-native experiences including intelligent agents, case management solutions, and operational workflows that drive measurable business outcomes in highly regulated environments.

You will play a key role in defining how AI is embedded into operational processes, balancing customer needs, business objectives, compliance requirements, and technical feasibility while influencing cross-functional teams across multiple regions.

The context of this role involves operating within a high-growth AI product environment, partnering with globally distributed teams, managing competing stakeholder priorities, and delivering scalable solutions that meet governance, auditability, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered Credit and Fraud Operations products, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives.
  • Lead continuous product discovery activities, identifying operational pain points, validating opportunities, and translating user insights into product initiatives.
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Design, and Applied AI/ML teams to deliver AI-native agent capabilities and case management experiences.
  • Define AI feature requirements including prompts, agent workflows, evaluation criteria, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop controls to ensure responsible AI adoption.
  • Drive global co-development across multiple regions, ensuring alignment on priorities, governance standards, dependencies, and customer experience outcomes.
  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops and executive discussions to prioritize initiatives, establish execution plans, and align product investments with strategic goals.
  • Ensure product solutions meet compliance, governance, auditability, and regulatory requirements in highly regulated financial services environments.
  • Monitor product performance, operational metrics, customer outcomes, and adoption trends to inform roadmap decisions and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with regional and global product leaders to balance strategic objectives, technical constraints, and customer experience considerations.
  • Act as the primary product voice for AI-powered operational solutions, connecting business, technology, and customer stakeholders to drive successful product outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Advanced English proficiency with confidence communicating and collaborating in a global environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience in Product Management, preferably within regulated and complex environments.
  • Experience building and delivering AI/GenAI-powered products and solutions.
  • Strong understanding of product discovery methodologies, including customer journey mapping, JTBD (Jobs To Be Done), and hypothesis-driven development.
  • Solid experience with Agile product delivery, backlog management, sprint planning, and roadmap prioritization.
  • Practical experience defining AI-powered experiences, including prompts, agent workflows, evaluation frameworks, and responsible AI guardrails.
  • Knowledge of Credit, Fraud, Identity Verification, KYC, AML, underwriting, or related operational domains is highly desirable.
  • Experience working with API-based products, platform architectures, and distributed global teams.
  • Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders across business and technical functions.
  • Experience collaborating with Engineering, Applied AI/ML, UX/UI Design, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Governance teams.
  • Demonstrated AI Builder fluency, including the ability to specify, iterate, and evaluate AI-powered experiences through prompt design, agent orchestration, tool-use flows, evaluations, and human oversight mechanisms.
  • Strong ownership mindset, ability to operate under ambiguity, and passion for solving complex operational challenges through innovative technology solutions.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in Financial Services, Fintech, Risk, Credit, Fraud, or Identity domains.
  • Experience launching and scaling AI-native products in enterprise environments.
  • Familiarity with AI governance, observability, evaluation frameworks, and responsible AI practices.
  • Experience influencing and leading cross-functional teams without direct management responsibility.
  • Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, product analytics platforms, and AI development ecosystems.
