We recently completed a $22M Series A funding, and are looking for energetic, dynamic, growth-minded individuals to join our team!
What's the Role?
We are looking for results-oriented Sales Managers to join our Glow and build a culture of high-performance and execution excellence for our Utah sales team. You will coach, manage and develop a team of full cycle Account Executives to achieve and surpass goals and you will drive value for the company by owning and delivering on revenue targets.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Leading a one of our Utah sales teams to deliver on weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual KPIs and revenue targets.
  • Coaching, motivating, and developing a team of high-performing AEs.
  • Identifying strengths and areas of improvement for the team and managing to these.
  • Ongoing trainings around sales acumen, product knowledge, and knowledge of the commercial insurance industry.
  • Partnering with cross-functional leaders across Operations, Finance, Engineering and Account Management to remove obstacles and improve process and win-rates.

You'll be a good fit if you:

  • Bring over 6 years of proven sales success, ideally within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Have at least 3+ years of experience managing and leading sales teams.
  • Bring a detail-oriented and process-driven approach to sales.
  • Have a track record of excelling in high-volume sales environments selling to SMBs and/or small local businesses.
  • Demonstrate a history of building high-performing teams that consistently exceed quotas.
  • Exhibit strong leadership qualities, coupled with exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Are driven by the success of your team, prioritizing it over your individual achievements.
  • Hold a BA/BS Degree or equivalent.
