About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Enablement Trainer to join our growing team at Glow. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales training within a SaaS environment and a passion for developing sales talent. As a Sales Enablement Trainer, you will be responsible for creating, delivering, and managing training programs that empower our sales team to excel. This role requires a dynamic individual who can work cross-functionally to ensure that our sales team has the skills, knowledge, and tools needed to drive results.

What you'll do

  • Training Development & Delivery: Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs, including onboarding, continuous education, product knowledge, and sales skills training, tailored to meet the needs of our SaaS sales team.
  • Sales Playbook Creation: Develop and maintain a sales playbook that includes best practices, objection handling, value propositions, and effective communication strategies to enhance the sales process.
  • Coaching & Feedback: Provide one-on-one and group coaching sessions to sales representatives, focusing on skill improvement, performance feedback, and ongoing development to drive individual and team success.
  • Content Management: Create, update, and manage sales enablement content, including training materials, guides, and presentations, ensuring all resources are up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Performance Measurement: Monitor the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics. Continuously refine training strategies based on data and feedback.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales leadership, marketing, and product teams to align training content with current product offerings, sales strategies, and market trends.
  • Sales Tools Proficiency: Train the sales team on using CRM systems, sales engagement tools, and other technologies that improve productivity and performance.

What we're looking for

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in sales enablement, training, or sales coaching within a SaaS company. Proven track record of designing and delivering impactful sales training programs.
  • Sales Acumen: Deep understanding of the SaaS sales process, including prospecting, qualifying, and closing techniques. Ability to translate sales strategies into actionable training content.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional presentation, facilitation, and communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate sales professionals at all levels.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure training effectiveness and make data-driven improvements. Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales performance analytics.
  • Problem-Solving: A proactive, self-starter with a passion for continuous improvement and the ability to adapt to changing business needs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Leadership: Ability to influence and drive change within the sales organization. Experience in working with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to work onsite: Willing to work onsite from our Lahore office.
