We are seeking a talented Sales Recruiter to join our team in Lahore, Pakistan. This role is pivotal in building a robust pipeline for our Operations and Sales teams in PK supporting US. You will work closely with our operations team to ensure effective candidate calibration and process alignment, while also managing administrative and scheduling tasks to support our recruitment efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for the Sales and Operations teams in Pakistan.
- Candidate Calibration: Partner with the sales team to align on candidate profiles and recruitment processes, ensuring quality hires.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Recruiters to assist in developing and executing pipeline strategies for an efficient recruitment process.
- Administrative Support: Manage scheduling, interview coordination, and other administrative tasks to ensure smooth recruitment processes.
Desired Skill and Experience
- Lever: Experience using Lever or similar applicant tracking systems is a plus.
- Teamable: Familiarity with Teamable or similar tools for talent sourcing and referrals.
- LinkedIn Recruiter: Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter will be considered an advantage.
