What's the Role?
We’re hiring a full-time Lead Technical Recruiter to own the end-to-end recruitment of senior and specialized technical talent for Glow’s global engineering organization. You’ll partner closely with executives and hiring managers to identify, attract, and close top 1% talent — building the technical leadership core that powers Glow’s AI-driven insurance platform.

What You'll Do

  • Own the full-cycle recruiting process for engineering, data, and product roles across multiple geographies
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to define technical requirements, interview processes, and hiring goals
  • Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and Stack Overflow
  • Manage and mentor recruiters, helping elevate sourcing quality and consistency across technical hiring
  • Track recruiting metrics (pipeline health, time-to-fill, conversion rates) and use data to drive continuous improvement
  • Ensure a high-quality, transparent, and engaging candidate experience throughout the process
  • Build Glow’s tech talent brand by representing the company in technical communities and talent networks

What We're Looking For

  • 5–8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a strong focus on technical and leadership hiring (Engineering Managers, Senior Engineers, Product Managers, Data Scientists, Architects).
  • Proven experience hiring for U.S.-based or global engineering teams.
  • Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals — languages, frameworks, infrastructure, and data systems.
  • Hands-on experience with modern ATS platforms (Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever).
  • Exceptional communication skills — clear, structured, and influential.
