What's the Role?
We’re hiring a Corporate Recruiter to own the end-to-end hiring process for Glow’s global G&A teams — including HR, Finance, Operations, Marketing, and Legal. You’ll partner closely with business leaders to deliver high-quality hires quickly while helping us scale a structured, data-driven recruiting engine.
What You'll Do
- Own full-cycle recruiting for corporate and G&A roles — from kickoff to offer and close.
- Partner with hiring managers to define target profiles, set expectations, and run structured interview processes.
- Source and engage high-caliber candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other modern outreach tools.
- Manage multiple open roles simultaneously while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.
- Track recruiting performance, pipeline health, and hiring metrics to ensure accountability and transparency.
- Continuously improve recruiting workflows, scorecards, and dashboards for scalability.
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, focused on corporate or G&A functions (HR, Finance, Operations, Marketing, Legal).
- Strong sourcing acumen — proactive, persistent, and data-driven.
- Experience running a structured hiring process from intake to close.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with ATS tools (Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever) and recruiting analytics (dashboards, scorecards, pipelines).
- Prior experience hiring for U.S. or international teams or in a high-growth SaaS/startup environment is a plus.
