Summary of Position: The Technician fabricates a finished component through all necessary stages of assembly.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • May build an entire production run, including mixing, coating, pressing, stripping, welding, winding, cell assembly and testing. • Attach terminals or leads and assemble components. • Place parts in ovens and operate at the specified time-temperature to produce a properly dried assembly. • Place parts in filling tubes or pouches specified to incorporate electrolytes as specified. • Seal product in cans or pouches using curling, sealing and welding equipment as specified. • Work closely with Quality Department to produce a finished component that meets customer specifications. • Maintain production records to record all specified data for each production batch. • May assist personnel in the Engineering, R&D, and Production Teams • Observe and practice appropriate environmental, safety and health policies and practices. • Perform other related duties as assigned by Supervisor. • Maintain work area to be clean and orderly

Education/Experience: ● High School Diploma or Equivalent ● Work with hands, simple math, follow instruction
