Product Manager

Own end-to-end product development at LANDED, building GenAI-powered hiring experiences. You’ll turn real customer problems into high-impact solutions by working closely with customers, Engineering, and Design in a fast-growing, mission-driven team.

What you’ll do

• Own product development across LANDED’s platform, including industry-leading GenAI solutions, offer and onboarding workflows, and core platform capabilities
• Lead deep customer and business discovery—using qualitative research, data, and experimentation to identify pain points and deliver simple, high-impact solutions
• Take full-cycle ownership from problem definition through design review, build, launch, and post-release iteration
• Work directly with customers to evaluate product effectiveness, validate solutions, and share insights broadly to inform company direction
• Define, track, and communicate clear success metrics; use data to guide prioritization, measure impact, and drive continuous improvement
• Synthesize customer feedback, product data, and company goals into a focused roadmap and execution plan
• Partner closely with Design and Engineering to ship high-quality experiences quickly and collaboratively
• Help shape LANDED’s mission by building products that meaningfully improve outcomes for high-volume hiring

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 3 years of product management experience in a fast pace environment (ideally scale-up/start-up)
• Prior experience building SaaS products
• Independent and autonomous leader
• Understanding of both UX and UI
• Business-minded: you are passionate about building businesses, not features. You not only own the user metrics but also own and optimize business performance metrics
• Strong analytical and statistical skills and experience defining and understanding north star & quality metrics
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment, able to find smart and creative solutions and approaches and have strong problem-solving abilities while staying organized and focused
• A great communicator and collaborator who’s able to work and thrive in cross-functional environments
