As a Customer Service Representative at Domino's Pizza, you play a vital role in ensuring a positive customer experience. You will assist customers with their orders, answer inquiries, and ensure the efficient operation of the store. Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly and assisting with orders in person, over the phone, or through the online platform.
- Take accurate orders, suggest menu items, and offer promotions to enhance the customer experience.
- Operate the Point-of-Sale (POS) system efficiently and handle cash, credit, and other payment transactions accurately.
- Prepare pizzas and other menu items according to company standards and guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, including the dining and kitchen areas.
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally, escalating them to management when necessary.
- Assist with inventory management, such as restocking supplies and checking product freshness.
- Support delivery drivers by organizing orders and ensuring accuracy.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
Minimum Requirements:
- Must be at least 17 years old. (Age requirements may vary based on local laws or store policies.)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to adhere to a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and calculating orders.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Preferred Qualifications (but not required):
- Previous experience in customer service or food service is a plus.
- Familiarity with Domino's products and menu.
