Responsibilities:
- Assist in the effective operation of the restaurant and the administration of all company policies and procedures within the guidelines of Weathervane Seafoods
- Assist in the supervision of all team members
- Assist in the training of all team members
- Ensures that policies and procedures in regards to cost control are being followed
- Ensures food safety and restaurant sanitation
- Assists in onboarding and orientations of new employees
- Exhibit teamwork, excitement and enthusiasm each and every day.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year of restaurant management or supervisory experience preferred, but willing to train motivated candidates.
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skills
- Able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs. and stooping during 80% of shift time
- Strong time management and communication skills
