Restaurant Assistant General Manager Job responsibilities:

* Lead shifts and manage team
* Open and closing responsibilities
* Cash handling and end of day processing
* Work and/or oversee team in proper customer services expectations and speed of service
* Assist General Manager with maintaining proper food cost (inventory) and labor cost levels
