Job Description
We are looking for friendly and customer-focused individuals to fill the positions of Server/Host at Talkin' Tacos. As a Server/Host, you will be the face of our restaurant, ensuring that guests have a positive and memorable dining experience. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and managing the flow of guests at the entrance.
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Provide menu recommendations, and answer any questions about the menu
- Serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner
- Ensure accuracy in order delivery and address any customer concerns or special requests
- Monitor dining areas to ensure cleanliness and proper setup
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication and service
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
- Assist in maintaining a positive and energetic atmosphere for guests
- Collaborate with the team to handle busy periods effectively
