Park Lights Hospitality (PLH) is seeking motivated, hospitality-driven Server Assistants to support our front-of-house team. This role is essential to delivering seamless service by ensuring servers are set up for success and guests experience a smooth, well-paced meal. If you are proactive, detail-oriented, and thrive in a high-volume environment, we’d love to meet you.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant support role preferred (server assistant, food runner, busser)
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Team-first mindset with a willingness to jump in wherever needed
- Professional demeanor and commitment to hospitality standards
- Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexible schedule with availability on evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be 18+ years old to be considered
Key Responsibilities
- Support servers by clearing, resetting, and maintaining tables efficiently
- Run food and assist with delivering items accurately and promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations and dining areas
- Refill water, bread, and other table necessities as needed
- Communicate effectively with servers, hosts, and kitchen team to support service flow
- Follow all sanitation, safety, and cleanliness standards
- Anticipate guest and team needs to ensure a smooth and elevated dining experience
