What You Will Do:
- Must have a minimum of 1 year of vitamin or holistic experience with leadership duties.
- Be dependable and reliable having the ability to work flexible schedule that changes; including night, weekends, and holidays.
- Manage department inventories by tracking weekly sales reports and orders product and supplies so as to meet customer requirements and the company's gross profit goals.
- Help develop and implement localized merchandising plan for the department, set up and create displays for new and seasonal items.
- Oversee and assist with team training, recognize their performance and delegate their work assignments so as to most effectively.
- Control department expenses by improving operations and efficiencies and help reduce losses due to shrinkage and pilferage.
- Have and show an outgoing and friendly behavior; a positive attitude and have the ability to interact and upsell our customers.
- Have good communication skills; and the ability to give and take direction while maintaining a team environment.
- Adhere to all safety, health, and Weights and Measures regulations.
- Other related duties as assigned by management.
What You Will Bring
- At least 1 year of experience in Health and Beauty / Supplement sales management.
