Who You Are
As a Server Assistant, you are a vital member of the Service team, supporting servers and expediters to ensure seamless service. You help create a welcoming atmosphere for guests while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the dining room. You take pride in assisting your team and have a genuine eagerness to learn and grow.
What You’ll Do
- Create a welcoming and hospitable environment for guests.
- Assist with table setup, clearing, resetting, and pouring water.
- Run food and support servers and expediters during service.
- Stay informed about all menu items and proper mise for each dish.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and appearance throughout the restaurant.
- Demonstrate eagerness to learn and grow within the role.
What We Need From You
- Experience in a guest-facing restaurant role preferred, but not required.
- Ability to walk or stand for long periods.
- Ability to balance and carry multiple plates, glass racks, and/or glasses, and lift objects up to 30 lbs.
- English fluency; additional languages preferred but not required.
