    What you’ll be doing:

    Busser Responsibilities:

    • Sweep and mop dining room, bathrooms, and back of house as needed.
    • Clean up spills promptly to ensure a safe environment for patrons.
    • Pre-bus tables when appropriate to maintain a tidy dining area.
    • Clean windows, walkways, and entrances/exits of the restaurant.
    • Pick up trash in the parking lot to keep the exterior welcoming.
    • Clean and stock beverage stations, highchairs, and trash cans.
    • Restock all service areas as necessary.
    • Clean bathrooms before opening and monitor cleanliness throughout the day.
    • Assist customers as needed and follow all cleaning lists and perform extra cleaning duties as assigned by management.
    • Take out all front of house trash and power wash outside areas based on the manager’s daily cleaning lists.
    • Set up sanitizer buckets at all trash stations.
    • Ensure table bases and chair legs are cleaned regularly.

    Dishwasher Responsibilities:

    • Clean and sanitize all items used for food preparation and food service.
    • Maintain the three-compartment sink with proper chemical dilution and ensure dishwashing areas are clean.
    • Organize pots, pans, and product received on shift; maintain the organization of the walk-in.
    • Help with prep or line duties when asked by management.
    • Prioritize cleaning the most commonly used dishes, such as bowls and trays, to keep kitchen operations flowing.
    • Unload and put away orders, and ensure back of house trash is emptied promptly.

    QUE-SO…here’s what you’ll need:

    • Food Handlers Certification.

    Physical Requirements:

    • Must be able to stand for several hours.
    • Must be able to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects on shelves at various height levels.
    • Must be able to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects up to 40 pounds.
