POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a reliable, hardworking Maintenance Technician to assist with the upkeep of our buildings and facilities. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, takes pride in their work, and has experience with general maintenance tasks including basic plumbing, carpentry and electrical work. Reports to the Director of Construction
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform routine building maintenance and repairs
- Complete basic plumbing tasks (leaks, clogs, fixture repairs)
- Perform light electrical work (fixture replacement, minor troubleshooting)
- Maintain Buildings
- Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests
- Maintain tools and ensure safe working practices
- Assist with general upkeep and improvement projects
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in general maintenance, plumbing, Carpentry and basic electrical work
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Comfortable with physical labor (lifting, climbing, outdoor work)
- Valid driver’s license required
- Flexible availability Early Morning, Afternoon and Night Availability Required. Weekends and some overnights will be required for large projects

Pay: $35 per hour (based on experience)
