Senior Demand Generation Manager

LeanData is looking for a Senior Demand Generation Manager who can drive comprehensive campaigns that generate high-quality leads and accelerate pipeline for our go-to-market (GTM) teams. You will work with a great team and make a significant and lasting impact on the business, developing and executing innovative demand generation strategies that drive measurable results.

The Senior Demand Generation Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns that build awareness and generate demand for LeanData solutions. This role will work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to design and implement campaigns that reach our target accounts and drive engagement throughout the buyer's journey. You will own the strategy, execution, and results for a variety of demand generation initiatives, ensuring alignment with broader marketing objectives and revenue targets while maintaining a unified GTM motion with Sales.

What will you do:

Campaign Development & Execution:

  • Own ABM initiatives by collaborating with Sales to develop and execute account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives that target high-value accounts

  • Develop and manage multi-channel demand generation campaigns from concept to execution across various channels and touchpoints

  • Own media relationships and paid partnerships to expand reach and drive qualified leads

  • Manage content syndication programs to extend the reach of LeanData's thought leadership

  • Develop and execute social media campaigns that drive awareness and engagement

Strategy & Performance:

  • Own overall campaign messaging and strategy, ensuring alignment with LeanData's positioning and value proposition

  • Establish campaign objectives, success metrics, and KPIs to measure and optimize program performance

  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign results and marketing attribution

  • Continuously test and optimize campaigns to improve performance and ROI

  • Collaborate with Marketing Operations to ensure proper lead routing, scoring, and handoff to Sales

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with Sales to support one GTM motion, ensuring tight alignment between marketing campaigns and sales activities

  • Work closely with Content Marketing to identify content needs and ensure campaigns have compelling assets

  • Partner with Product Marketing to align campaign messaging with product positioning

  • Coordinate with Marketing Operations on campaign setup, execution, and reporting

  • Maintain strong relationships with agencies and vendors to execute campaigns efficiently

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation or digital marketing, preferably in SaaS or enterprise software

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful demand generation campaigns that drive measurable pipeline and revenue

  • Experience with ABM strategies and programs targeting enterprise and mid market accounts

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including email, content syndication, social media, and paid advertising

  • Experience managing media relationships and negotiating partnerships

  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot), CRM systems (Salesforce), ABM technology (6Sense, Demandbase) and other sales and marketing technologies such as Intellimize, Outreach, Qualified

  • Data-driven mindset with experience in campaign analytics and performance optimization

  • Excellent project management skills with proven ability to manage multiple campaigns with tight deadlines

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with demand generation in the Sales and Marketing technology space

  • Certification with Sales and Marketing tools, such as Salesforce, Hubspot, Marketo, Pardot, 6Sense, Demandbase

  • Knowledge of lead scoring and qualification processes

  • Experience in developing and managing marketing budgets

  • Understanding of B2B buying cycles, particularly in enterprise sales

  • Creative problem-solving skills and innovative approach to demand generation
