We’re looking for a creative, strategic, and customer-obsessed Customer Marketing Manager to join our team. In this high-impact role, you’ll go beyond traditional customer marketing to build and execute programs that drive customer retention, expansion revenue and customer advocacy.
You’ll sit at the intersection of marketing, customer success, and sales—leveraging field events, executive programs, Account-Based Marketing (ABM), and advocacy initiatives to deepen customer relationships and deliver real business outcomes. What You’ll Do:
Executive Programs & Field Events
Design and run high-touch Executive Programs that foster peer-to-peer connection and strengthen relationships with senior stakeholders.
Lead the planning and execution of customer-focused field events—dinners, roundtables, summits, and more—that create meaningful engagement and support expansion goals.
Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to identify the right accounts and personas for participation.
Account-Based Customer Marketing
Partner with Sales, Customer Success & Demand Generation to identify high-value customer accounts and develop tailored experiences that support adoption, renewal, and expansion.
Execute personalized experiences such as curated events, direct mail, personalized gifting, and executive engagement plays designed to surprise, delight, and deepen relationships.
Leverage tools in our marketing tech stack—including platforms like 6sense, Qualified and Clearbit—to surface engagement signals, identify whitespace opportunities, and inform targeted outreach strategies.
Leverage account insights to craft meaningful, high-touch moments across the post-sale journey.
Advocacy & Community Building
Turn happy customers into raving fans—build and scale customer advocacy programs, from reference management to testimonials, speaking opportunities, and written stories.
Develop new ways to spotlight our most successful customers and help them grow their personal brands.
Strategy, Alignment, & Execution
Track and report on key metrics to measure program impact on retention, expansion, and engagement.
Who you are:
6+ years of experience in Customer Marketing, Field Marketing, ABM, or related roles in B2B SaaS or technology environments
Experience delivering Executive level experiences that help to foster peer to peer connections and executive alignment between customers and internal teams
Proven track record of building and executing programs that drive customer retention, expansion, and advocacy at scale
Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations, and executives
Strong understanding of ABM principles, with hands-on experience delivering high-touch programs like executive engagement, direct mail, and field events
Familiarity with marketing and revenue tech stacks, including Salesforce, 6sense, LeanData, Outreach, Hubspot/Marketo, Sendoso/Postal or similar
Strong project management skills—you can prioritize, juggle multiple workstreams, and drive initiatives from strategy through execution
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for different personas and channels
Passion for building relationships and amplifying the voice of the customer in creative and authentic ways
A strategic thinker with a bias for action, a love for collaboration, and a knack for making customers feel like VIPs
