About the Role:

As an Enterprise Account Manager at LeanData, you will be responsible for driving retention, growth, and long-term success across our key enterprise customer accounts. You’ll lead account strategy, deepen executive relationships, and deliver measurable business value through adoption and expansion.

This role requires a strategic, customer-centric mindset and strong cross-functional collaboration. You’ll be a key player in refining how we engage and grow our enterprise customer base—bringing clarity, focus, and energy to every interaction.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own and manage the full customer lifecycle for key enterprise accounts, with a focus on retention, expansion, and customer satisfaction

  • Generate pipeline and drive revenue growth through renewals and upsell opportunities

  • Understand customer business objectives and map LeanData’s solutions to their needs across multiple lines of business

  • Negotiate contracts and renewals, ensuring a win-win for both the customer and LeanData

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and executive sponsors

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Customer Success, Product, Support, Engineering) to ensure customer success and resolve issues

  • Drive customer advocacy through references, case studies, and joint marketing initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience in a SaaS enterprise sales or account management role

  • Proven ability to manage complex customer relationships and drive expansion opportunities

  • Strong communication skills and experience engaging with senior management and C-level executives

  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects with a high level of attention to detail and responsiveness

  • Strong business acumen and technical aptitude; Salesforce ecosystem knowledge preferred

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth, and evolving environment

  • Experience with Marketing Automation, Salesforce, CRM, or ERP systems is a plus
