As a Professional Services Project Manager, you will lead the implementation of mid-market to large enterprise client projects, managing multiple concurrent engagements of varying scope and duration. This highly visible role requires strong collaboration with both external stakeholders and internal teams including Solutions Consulting, Professional Services, Customer Success, Sales, and Leadership. You will translate broad client goals into detailed project plans, oversee execution across all phases of implementation, and ensure a positive customer experience from kickoff to closure.
Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution
Translate Statements of Work (SOWs) into detailed project plans, schedules, and deliverables.
Drive consistent delivery against technical scope, ensuring alignment with Business Requirements Documents (BRDs).
Track project progress, including percentage complete, Cost Variance (CV), Schedule Variance (SV), dependencies, and deliverable status.
Manage project scope and raise change requests when deviations occur.
Stakeholder Management & Communication
Establish a collaboration framework with each client to guide engagement delivery, solution design, deployment, and adoption.
Manage stakeholders of varying seniority, including executive-level participants.
Lead regular project status calls, provide clear communication internally and externally, and ensure expectations are consistently set.
Create and execute communication strategies to keep all stakeholders informed.
Risk & Issue Management
Identify potential project risks early and create contingency plans.
Log project issues, track resolution status, and communicate outcomes with stakeholders.
Proactively mitigate blockers to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
Customer Relationship & Value Realization
Build strong client relationships and ensure a positive experience across the implementation lifecycle.
Identify opportunities to maximize value for the client and collaborate with internal teams on follow-up actions.
Serve as a trusted partner, guiding enterprise organizations toward successful adoption and operational readiness.
Requirements
3+ years of Project/Program Management experience with technical understanding of software development processes.
Experience with enterprise client management and SaaS solution implementation (Waterfall/Agile).
Knowledge of Salesforce CRM applications.
Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines and in fast-paced environments.
PMP certification is a plus.
